Every week Wednesday at noon, have an opportunity to take a deep breath, sit down, and meditate to find your balance back.
Mid-week is a good time to practice consciousness, love, and silence.
Join Petra for one hour of guided meditation and relaxation in which the experience of silence is the most important.
Petra Körmendy has been teaching meditation for more than 20 years, she is trained in different meditation traditions, such as vipassana, Sufi, zen, mantra, kriya, tantra, and several Christian meditation techniques. She teaches basics of enabling your heart to feel, your mind to silence, and your whole being to open.
Because of the vulnerable nature of practicing meditation and thus in the interest of everyone attending, we like to ask you to join on time. In case you happen to be late, please simply join for the next meditation on Monday at 9:30.

Positive Health Workshop

This workshop offers an introduction to the concept of Positive Health and you will work with your own ‘health spider web’. The goal is to make you think about what is most important to you, to provide insights in your health and well-being and in what ways you might want or be able to strengthen this.
After following this workshop, you are able to:
• Take a broader look at health and wellbeing
• Find out how you experience your health
• Gain insight into your resilience
• Try out new ways to further develop your resilience and health
• Take control yourself to deal with the physical, emotional and social challenges in life

From professional setbacks to personal slip-ups, no stone will be left unturned as we delve into the realm of human error. Through their narratives, our speakers will reflect on how they coped with their missteps and the invaluable lessons they learned along the way.
But this event isn't just about airing our dirty laundry—it's about fostering meaningful dialogue and embracing the transformative power of failure. By normalizing discussions around failure and embracing vulnerability, we hope to cultivate a supportive community where individuals can learn, grow, and thrive.
